Responsibilities
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for site operations.
- Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures on site.
- Monitor and evaluate site conditions, identifying hazards and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Facilitate training and safety briefings for site personnel.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to promote a culture of safety.
- Report on HSE performance and incidents to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in oil & gas projects.
- At least 5+ years of experience specifically in Petrochemical / Refinery Projects, with a strong background in EPC and Detailed Engineering projects.
- Experience in ADNOC projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Chlor-Alkali, PVC, EDC-VCM plants is a plus.
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
