About the job

As an HSE-Workplace Experience Officer within our Greater Gulf MCO team, you'll help ensure our Riyadh site and workplace operations stay safe, compliant, and running smoothly - through hands-on monitoring, inspections, and continuous improvement. Ready to get started? Join the team that powers from within — streamlining how we work, scaling bold ideas, and accelerating impact across the business. In our Hubs, you'll shape smarter, safer ways of working that help bring life-changing treatments to people everywhere.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct facility inspections, audits, and compliance assessments to verify adherence to HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with operational control procedures, permits, licenses, and statutory obligations, including contractor and service provider adherence to HSE and workplace experience requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee workplace experience and HSE programs, including fire safety, emergency equipment, life-safety systems, training, and periodic reviews.
  • Lead workplace risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and business continuity activities.
  • Investigate facility-related incidents and non-conformities, working closely with the Workplace Experience team to keep the workplace safe at all times.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, and audit/inspection reports, liaising with landlords, vendors, and workplace teams as needed.

About you

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in an HSE operational role, ideally within a corporate or site environment.
  • Soft and technical skills: Solid understanding of HSE principles and regulatory frameworks; strong customer service orientation; excellent verbal reasoning and written communication skills; ability to work independently and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HSE Professional certification from Saudi HRSD.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Why choose us?

  • Work where global operations meet bold ambition — supporting critical functions that help bring life-changing treatments to patients faster.
  • Accelerate your career through internal gigs, cross-functional moves, and international mobility designed to grow your impact.
  • Own meaningful work from day one, with the freedom to shape smarter, safer solutions across our Riyadh site and beyond.
  • Collaborate with curious minds across borders, functions, and cultures in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
  • Thrive in a workplace designed for you — with flexible benefits that support your well-being, growth, and sense of belonging.
