What You'll Do
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our associates feel supported throughout their journey with us by:
- Managing the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance
- Assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department
- Supporting associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
- Preparing certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications
- Assisting with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions
- Supporting employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations
- Coordinating transportation requests and other associate services
- Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation
- Working closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care
Ideal Candidate Profile
In addition to the required HR experience, the ideal candidate will have:
- Learning & Development experience or exposure
- A valid UAE Driving Licence
- A genuine passion for supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences
