OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
- Supporting management and the leadership team in resolving human resources issues.
- Monitoring hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all laws and company policies.
- Responding to inquiries from employees and management regarding programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Disseminating information related to employee relations and activities.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and files.
- Assisting with logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and adhering to safety and security policies.
- Developing positive working relationships and supporting team goals.
- Keeping communication clear and professional with guests and employees.
- Performing all other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year in a related role.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None required.
