What You Will Do
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and offboarding from start to finish
- Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee information
- Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and related government procedures
- Prepare HR reports and keep records accurate and up to date
- Support payroll and coordinate employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies
- Act as the point of contact for employees and management on HR matters
Required Qualifications
- Saudi nationality required
- Previous experience as an HR Specialist or HR Officer in Saudi Arabia
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, HR procedures, and government platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Saudi government HR platforms:
- Qiwa: employment contracts, employee services, and HR procedures
- Muqeem: Iqama and employee residency services
- GOSI: social insurance and employee records
- Mudad: payroll and Wage Protection System (WPS) services
