As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping our company culture and attracting top talent. Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you'll support initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
- Actively assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and engage with potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to hiring managers.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and engage with university alumni for talent acquisition.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Research industry trends and best practices in employer branding to share insights with the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to access talent pools and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with different teams to provide recommendations and support business partnering activities.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters promptly and professionally, fostering a culture of open communication and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of Human Resources activities in Dubai and other markets, addressing any local challenges and contributing to operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
