Employees in this role have the experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients. They must understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry. They establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and assist IBM in winning business.

Your role and responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions.
• Support and lead billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities.
• Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed and the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Exceptional proficiency in utilizing analytical problem-solving skills to shape organizational strategy and drive transformative change.
• Exceptional ability to shape the direction of the organization through strategic initiatives and influence major strategic decisions.
