About the Role
As an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) specialist, you will collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements for IGA solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include building policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management. You will conduct assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls, identifying areas for improvement and working with clients to develop effective IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity lifecycle management, access requests, and auditing permissions.
- Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans in partnership with clients.
- Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
- Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific environments.
- Establish communication between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and sharing the IAM program roadmap.
- Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
- Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
- Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
- Provide guidance and expertise regarding best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into client environments.
- Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate the adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
- Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
- Prepare updates and reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with identity and access management systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, Office 365).
- Familiarity with identity and access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and directories (LDAP, AD).
- Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
- Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP is preferred.
- Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.
- Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
