As an IAM Consultant specializing in SailPoint, your role will focus on designing, configuring, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring secure access through robust authentication and authorization protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Authentication and Authorization: Understand how SailPoint IdentityIQ handles these critical processes.
- Encryption and Secure Communication: Utilize secure communication protocols to enhance security.
- SailPoint Operations: With at least 6 years of hands-on experience, perform configuration and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ for entitlement management and access certifications.
- Development: Create custom rules and workflows using languages such as Java, J2EE, SQL, etc.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business analysts, UX designers, and QA testers to ensure seamless integration.
- Audits and Assessments: Conduct access and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in existing systems and provide actionable recommendations.
- Research and Analysis: Perform detailed technical research, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Access Control Modernization: Evaluate and modernize access control protocols, including SSO and MFA implementation.
- IAM Solution Design: Develop robust identity and access solutions that include user provisioning and privileged account management.
Knowledge and Attributes
- Proficient in programming languages: Java, BeanShell, Groovy, XML, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell.
- Familiar with databases: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle Database, DB2.
- Experience with operating systems: Windows, UNIX.
- Proficient in tools like GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and Postman.
- Basic experience in web technologies for UI customization.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Extensive technical, IT, or operations experience in a large-scale technology services environment, with a focus on software development, application support, and infrastructure support.
- Client engagement and consulting experience, along with familiarity in agile development environments.
