Key Responsibilities:
- Authentication and Authorization: Understand how IdentityIQ (IIQ) handles authentication and authorization.
- Encryption and Secure Communication: Knowledge of secure communication protocols.
- SailPoint Expertise: A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in the operations of SailPoint, capable of configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ on entitlement management, access certifications, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Development Skills: Develop custom rules and workflows using languages such as Java, J2EE, SQL, etc.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), etc.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX designers, and QA testers.
- Audits and Assessments: Conduct access and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in existing systems.
- Research, Analysis, and Reporting: Perform detailed technical research, analyze data, and create accessible reports. Provide suitable solutions based on findings.
- Access Control Modernization: Evaluate and modernize existing access control protocols (e.g., single sign-on, multi-factor authentication).
- Design and Implementation: Create robust identity and access solutions, incorporating onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning, and privileged account management.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Programming Languages: Java, BeanShell, Groovy, XML, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell.
- Databases: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle Database, DB2.
- Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX-flavored OS.
- Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, BitBucket, JIRA, SVN Tortoise, Bamboo, Postman, SOAPUI, Windows PowerShell.
- Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for UI customization and RESTful API.
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Seasoned professional technical, IT or Operations experience within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment in the following areas: Software Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Support.
- Experience in project or program management preferred but not essential.
- Client engagement and consulting experience with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
- Experience in integrating solutions with business domains, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with working in an agile development environment.
