How You’ll Contribute:
As a Senior Associate – IAM (SailPoint Engineer), you will help solve complex business issues related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). Your responsibilities will include:
- IAM Governance Support: Coordinate between IAM governance and technical teams to align with strategic and delivery objectives.
- SailPoint Implementation Oversight: Support IAM initiative execution, focusing on SailPoint solutions.
- Project Monitoring: Conduct progress reviews of implementation vendors to ensure milestones are met.
- Deliverables Review: Review technical and strategic deliverables for quality and relevance.
- Risk Management: Identify risks related to IAM implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
- IAM Framework Execution: Enhance the overall IAM framework for operational sustainability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and provide status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SC-300, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint implementation and governance.
- Willingness to travel and spend significant time in KSA is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Understanding of IAM governance models, role-based access control, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Experience in enterprise-level IAM environments and project management.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus for KSA-based engagements.
