Responsibilities:
- IAM Governance Support: Coordinate between IAM governance and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and delivery objectives.
- SailPoint Implementation Oversight: Support execution of IAM initiatives, specifically those involving SailPoint solutions.
- Project Monitoring: Conduct regular progress reviews of implementation vendors, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Deliverables Review: Review technical and strategic deliverables for quality, completeness, and relevance.
- Risk Management: Identify risks related to IAM implementation and help develop mitigation strategies.
- IAM Framework Execution: Enhance the overall IAM framework for operational sustainability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SC-300, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on SailPoint implementation and governance.
- Willing to travel and spend significant time in KSA.
- Solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance models, role-based access control, provisioning, and access reviews.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Experience in enterprise-level IAM environments.
- Foundational knowledge of project management and vendor oversight.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus for KSA-based engagements.
