IAM / SSO Engineer (Broadcom SiteMinder)

We are looking for an experienced IAM/SSO Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Broadcom (formerly Symantec) technologies, especially SiteMinder and Identity Suite. The ideal candidate will have deep experience implementing, integrating, and supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SiteMinder Implementation: Deploy, configure, and manage Broadcom SiteMinder for enterprise SSO.
• SiteMinder Integration: Integrate applications with SiteMinder policies, agents, and authentication flows.
• IAM Solutions: Support and enhance IAM architecture across large-scale environments.
• IDEM Exposure: Work with Broadcom IDEM components for identity lifecycle processes.
• Identity Suite: Hands-on experience with Broadcom Identity Suite modules for provisioning and governance.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot SSO/IAM issues across on-prem and hybrid environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Broadcom/Symantec IAM stack
• Hands-on expertise in SiteMinder (implementation + integration)
• Exposure to IDEM
• Experience with Broadcom Identity Suite
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle.
