The Investment Banking & Capital Markets division is seeking an Analyst to join the IB Coverage team. This role is integral to supporting the Coverage effort for key MENA accounts, coordinating and assisting in the origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Support wider teams in the Coverage effort of key MENA accounts
- Coordinate and assist in the origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM transactions with MENA clients
- Conduct sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis, and financial modelling
- Communicate with clients, other advisers, and senior investment bankers in both origination and execution projects
- Utilize regional knowledge to guide the production of materials presented to clients
- Assist Sector and Product bankers with opportunities
- Help develop and mentor junior team members
Your Skills and Experience
- Relevant M&A and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products
- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding, and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities
- High levels of initiative, proactivity, and drive
- Effective organizational skills; ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence senior, cross-functional, and cross-regional deal teams. Interfacing with multiple business partners across various business lines and regions
- Ability to creatively solve problems and navigate a large, matrix-based organization
