We are currently seeking an IBM ACE / MQ Administrator with experience in OpenShift for our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and support of IBM ACE and MQ with a strong focus on applications deployed on RedHat OpenShift. This role requires a solid technical background in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
- Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels
- Ensure high availability and optimal system performance
- Comply with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings)
- Maintain a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity
- Patch and harden operating systems and applications
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, and DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and ELK stack
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and HSTS, SSL hardening, vulnerability scanners, and audit documentation
- Knowledge of IBM API Connect including API security policies, DataPower gateway, REST/SOAP APIs, and SSL/TLS
- Expertise in IBM App Connect with skills in ESQL, message flows, REST/SOAP services, and integration troubleshooting
- Proficient in IBM MQ with a focus on queue manager high availability, channel security, SSL/TLS, and message tracking
- Experience with CP4I (OpenShift, operators, integration platforms, DevOps pipelines) and CP4D (OpenShift, platform administration, storage integration, IAM, service monitoring)
- Knowledge of IBM Data Power including Multi-Protocol Gateway, XML/JSON processing, AAA policies, certificate management, and API security
- Preferred skills include Redis, specifically in cluster management, persistence, failover, performance tuning, and client connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with RedHat Linux and Apache web server
- Proficient in shell scripting
- 6-8 years of relevant experience required
