Responsibilities
- Manage and administer IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ solutions.
- Work with containers using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
- Monitor and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications through tools like Dynatrace.
- Deploy and manage APIs using IBM API Connect, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Perform integration troubleshooting for REST/SOAP services, message flows, and other connections.
- Administer and secure message brokers (Kafka/MQ) and provide queue manager high availability and channel security.
- Conduct patching and hardening of operating systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with defined SLA from operational, security, and audit perspectives.
- Maintain a replicated system for disaster recovery and support business continuity strategies.
- Execute performance tuning and manage configuration changes across channels.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with IBM ACE, REST/SOAP APIs, message brokers, and API security policies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and the ELK stack.
- Knowledge of HSTS, SSL hardening, vulnerability scanning, and audit documentation.
- Experience with CP4I, CP4D on OpenShift, integration platforms, and platform patching.
- Good understanding of RedHat Linux and Apache environments.
- Skills in shell scripting, Redis (clustering, persistence, performance tuning), and incident handling.
