Support and administer IBM DataPower appliances used for API security, integration, and gateway services, ensuring smooth functioning of enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor DataPower appliances, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to XML/JSON processing, SSL, certificates, authentication, and routing.
• Manage configurations, firmware updates, deployments, and backup activities.
• Analyze logs, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Support API gateway operations, transformations, and security enforcement.
• Work with application, network, and security teams to resolve integration issues.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security standards, and change management protocols.
