Position

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced IBM DB2 Database Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience providing L3 support in DB2 10.x to 11.x Database Administration on LUW, HA, Replications, Patching, Upgrades, and Migrations. The role also requires proficiency in CDC data replication technology, as well as flexibility to work with MongoDB and Postgres databases.

Key responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting and resolving production database problems.
Database Performance Tuning and Optimization.
Ensuring Security compliance best practices.
Managing backups, restores, and recovery models.
Setting up and administering cloud databases (AWS/Azure/Others).
Writing scripts in languages such as shell script and Windows batch file.

Essential Skills:

CORE production support activities, including installations/configurations, database failovers, database patching, and production BAU support.
On-call support availability during weekends/nights.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience Required: 8+ years
