IBM ESB Developer

We are seeking an experienced IBM ESB Developer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in banking and IBM ESB development and support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SOA delivery methodology, the SOA Center of Excellence, and the implementation of SOA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize experience with APIC, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and Flyway.
• Knowledge of banking service standards such as ISO8583, IFX, Open Bank Project, ISO20022, and SWIFT.
• Core service design experience that includes working with REST APIs, Web Services, and implementing various integration design patterns.
• Ensure adherence to SOA principles and best practices throughout the SDLC and SGLC processes.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Implement and deliver technical services for Multi-Tier and SOA Architecture.
• Contribute to strategic approaches for SOA implementation based on service analysis.
• Engage in the strengthening of SOA practices.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on development experience with:
  • IBM Data Power Development & Administration
  • IBM API Connect Development & Administration
  • ODM Development & Administration
  • IBM ACE (IIB V11) & IIB V10.x Flow Development
  • ESQL and Java Development
  • Oracle/SQL Database Development
  • IBM MQ V9.x related tasks
• Familiarity with various integration protocols (SFTP, TCP/IP, MQ, JMS, HTTPS, WS, REST).
• Awareness of security and performance best practices.
• Experience preparing IIB and MQ scripts under Linux systems.

Testing Skills:

• Proficient with testing tools such as SOAPUI, RPT, RFT, Load Runner, and PostMan.
• Capable of creating unit test documents and test case scenarios.

Documentation Skills:

• Prepare Incident Analysis Reports (IARs) and related documents for project approvals.
• Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved services.
