IBM Guardium L2 SME

The IBM Guardium L2 SME will provide L2/L3 support by managing complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with IBM support as needed. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Guardium environment, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Designing, implementing, and tuning Guardium policies for databases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Creating and managing custom reports, audit data, and compliance reports for both internal and external audits.
• Deploying and configuring GIM and STAP agents across various database platforms, such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, and DB2.
• Managing Guardium users, roles, and access controls.
