About the Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing business requirements and liaising with internal and external parties to evaluate suitable solutions. This role involves proposing enhancements to business and technical processes for better automation, overseeing project activities, and ensuring implementations adhere to defined standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with vendors to install, configure, and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions across development, QA, UAT, and production environments, integrating these with digital channels like mobile and internet banking.
• Preparing and reviewing project documents for approvals and gathering technical requirements from business users for projects and enhancements.
• Escalating issues and suggesting corrective actions while ensuring timely follow-up on assigned projects and tasks.
• Tracking, resolving, and reporting incidents and known errors through approved processes while adhering to mandatory and obligatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM Verify), encompassing customization, development, installation, and configuration.
• Deep knowledge in Identity Management, Access Management, and related Security technologies.
• Familiarity with IBM identity and security management products, such as ISAM and Tivoli, is essential.
• Financial sector experience is an advantage.
