IBM Integration Team Lead

The IBM Integration Team Lead at the company will lead the Level 2 (L2) Application Support team responsible for enterprise IBM Integration platforms and services. Key responsibilities include ensuring high availability, stability, and reliable day-to-day operations of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM DataPower environments. This role will involve managing and resolving complex application support and integration incidents, overseeing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical integration issues, and coordinating with various technical teams.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, perform detailed root cause analysis for recurring issues, drive improvements in platform stability, and ensure effective management of production deployments and configuration changes. Additionally, mentoring L2 support engineers and establishing operational procedures and support documentation are crucial to this role.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in IBM Integration and application support.
• Strong experience leading L2 Application Support teams in enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
• Strong knowledge of IBM DataPower for API management and integration.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and coordinate across multiple technology teams.
• Experience in banking/financial services or another large enterprise environment is highly desirable.
