Position

As an intern supporting the company's Cyber Strategy & Risk team, you will be involved in client engagements focusing on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and governance/compliance. You will assist consultants by conducting research, documentation, assessments, analysis, and the development of client-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and maturity improvement plans; research trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements; prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Assist in risk assessments by documenting risk registers, treatment plans, and remediation tracking; analyze risks against business processes and technology; prepare risk dashboards and management reports.
  • Review policies and standards; support compliance assessments against frameworks and regulations; collect and organize audit evidence; map controls across various requirements.
  • Prepare workshops, meeting notes, action trackers, and client deliverables; maintain project documentation and perform data analysis and quality assurance on deliverables.

Eligibility
This internship is open to Qatari Nationals only.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing related studies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong interest in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, strategy, and consulting.
  • Good understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Exposure to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Qatar NIA.
