Key Responsibilities

Development of data collection processes and data management systems
Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in SQL
Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
Developing dashboards (the company Quicksight) to support business decision-making and dive-deep activities
Develop automation solutions for analysis (Python)
Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Project Updates)
Support the leadership team in interpreting data trends as needed
Conduct in-depth research of defect trends
Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
Provide support to ICQA & Learning Team Projects
