You will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery (ID) team, delivering installation and deployments in Cloud regions. You will work closely with internal customers, external vendors, and regional resources to facilitate smooth project execution in association with Technical Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes with continuous improvement in mind.
- Work closely with our Capacity Engineering & Technical Program Manager teams to ensure fast and smooth rollout of new designs and products.
- Install, configure, and support Data Center equipment including racks, routers, servers, and switches using provisioning portals.
- Lead network and committee projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
- Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system and workflow.
- Install and patch network cabling of various types and lengths while demonstrating a functional knowledge of fiber optic and network cabling, conforming to the company standards.
- Handle heavy equipment (move and lift computer equipment up to 50lbs).
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical replacement of damaged or faulty equipment.
Work Conditions
A day in the life of an ID Install Technician is exciting and varies from day to day with a range of responsibilities, including patching fibre connections, troubleshooting link issues, hardware installation in racks, device configuration and upgrades, as well as executing scripts. Collaboration with multiple teams is crucial while working on projects as we maintain regular progress updates.
