ID Install Technician

The company Infrastructure Delivery owns the end-to-end design, planning, delivery, and operation of the global infrastructure footprint — the backbone that enables the cloud to operate at scale. We are seeking an ID Install Technician to support network infrastructure deployment and expansion within our next-generation data center environments. This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, mission-critical environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment of next-generation network infrastructure across global data centers.
• Perform rack installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and accurate delivery at scale.
• Work closely with Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and Logistics teams to execute infrastructure builds with precision and efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver consistent operational excellence across complex, high-impact deployments.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Strong implementation, troubleshooting, and structured documentation capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate efficiently across technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.

This position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments with minimal supervision.
