Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including installation manuals, user guides, and API references, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the INFRA with the creation of site type Product Breakdown Structures (PBS).
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to understand technical details and ensure documentation is comprehensive.
- Participate in the Change Request process and document reviews to improve technical documentation.
- Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation-related issues.
- Schedule due dates for drawings, specifications, software technical manuals, and related documents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain certification.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in supporting large complex programs/projects.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience in creating and defining Installation Manuals, such as OEM manuals and Data Sheets.
- Proficient in writing Product Breakdown Structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, service orientation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in a customer-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to various situations.
Language Requirements:
- Working level of English speaking and writing is required.
