Role Profile
- IAM & PAM Strategy: Develop, implement, and enforce secure IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with least privilege and business requirements.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end user and privileged identity lifecycle, including onboarding, provisioning, access changes, certifications, and offboarding.
- Access Governance & Authentication: Implement and manage RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, federation, access reviews, and strong authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Privileged Access Management: Oversee credential vaulting and rotation, privileged session monitoring/recording, JIT access, and break-glass/emergency access procedures.
- IAM Operations & Security: Monitor IAM/PAM environments, investigate anomalies and incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and lead identity-related incident response activities.
- Technology & Automation: Design and operate enterprise IAM/IGA/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Delinea, with automation using workflows, PowerShell, or Python.
- Compliance, Risk & Reporting: Ensure alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, SOC 2, and audit requirements; establish KPIs, metrics, logging, and reporting.
- Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Lead IAM initiatives, vendors/MSPs, training, and stakeholder collaboration while continuously improving IAM capabilities, security, automation, and SLA performance.
Requirements
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- Proactive & Collaborative: Self-motivated, proactive, action-oriented, deadline-driven, and effective in collaborative team environments.
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience working with multiple IAM solutions in large organizations, including 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
- Technical Delivery Experience: Proven experience managing IAM deployments, changes, and environments across Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod, SIT, and UAT, including testing and release processes.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent; preferred certifications include CIAM, CISM, CISSP, and ITIL.
