Position

Job Type: On-site Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Access provisioning on Business Applications, Active Directory, and FTP
- Solve IAM related problems via Incident Records
- Complete IAM Operations related projects on time
- Proceed IAM process in line with HSBC IAM Standards and local Regulations principles
- Apply approval and assessment process for request completion
- Act proactively in Daily/Weekly/Monthly periodical meetings
- Keep operational SLA for ticketing system requests
- Review projects, conduct IAM Operations tests, and apply on production
- Periodical review of procedures and keep them updated
- Provide necessary evidences for owned actions to Local Monitoring queries
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 years university degree in information systems or related field
- Good command of English language
- Intermediate level technical understanding of computer technologies
- Knowledge of Operational systems, databases, and Encryption technologies
- IT Security or IT Audit experience is preferable
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time limits
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of job experience in Access Management
- Project Management experience is preferable
