Identity Management Consultant

About the Job:

The company is hiring an Identity Management Consultant specializing in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management). This role demands a professional who is passionate about identity security and ready to assist clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing Digital Identity solutions, including PAM, IAM, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and directory services.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Directory Services (Active Directory/DNS).
• Design Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
• Configure and implement PAM, IAM, MFA, and Active Directory/DNS solutions.
• Develop and maintain identity policies related to authentication, authorization, lifecycle, and privileged access.
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technology vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in IT/security, specifically in IAM or PAM.
• Hands-on experience with technology platforms: Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Office 365 identity components.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
