Identity Management Consultant

The company is seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Consultant with a passion for identity security. In this role, you will help clients design, implement, and optimize Digital Identity solutions involving PAM (Privileged Access Management), IAM (Identity Access Management), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and directory services. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements for PAM, IAM, MFA, and directory services.
• Design Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
• Configure and implement PAM, IAM, MFA, and Active Directory/DNS solutions.
• Develop and maintain identity policies (authentication, authorization, lifecycle, privileged access).
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technology vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of IT or security experience, including 4+ years in IAM, PAM, or Digital Identity.
• Hands-on experience with Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Office 365 identity components.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing consulting abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
