Identity Management Lead

The role holder is responsible for executing and extending the company group level active directory service as a central identity repository and identity management tools for the company employees, contractors, and group users who access the company systems. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish Group federated identity model within the company to assure identity lifecycle for the company group subsidiary users who are accessing the company systems.
• Ensure extending the company identity management tools with subsidiaries' HRMS for users who are accessing the company systems.
• Cooperate with the company relevant units in developing the identity management processes and automation.
• Implement and continuously improve identity management reporting capabilities.
• Lead the design of identity management capabilities to specific the company needs and business requirements.
• Capitalize on existing machine learning and user behavior analytics to help reduce the risk of Group identity theft and potential user access fraud or misuse cases.
• Stay up-to-date on identity management solutions industry trends and developments, and implement upgrades, changes, or enhancements to comply with developed cybersecurity policies and meet business needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of related experience in leading the Cyber Security function for a large organization, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Additional education certifications.
