Responsibilities
- Ensure the extension of the company's identity management tools with Group third-party HRMS.
- Develop risk-based authentication mechanisms based on user-defined risk scores.
- Conduct audits of third-party users' lifecycle management processes and flag access misuse with relevant stakeholders.
- Govern the implementation of identity & access management for Group third-party users to align with the CS Governance policy & standards.
- Lead the design of identity verification technology for third-party offshore users, coordinating with HR and IT processes.
- Enable customer identity and access management to provide a secure digital access experience from registration to logging.
- Maintain and operate Customer Identity & Access Management technology, ensuring it is updated with the latest patches and system upgrades.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Relevant certifications in technology Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) are preferred.
