Identity Management Specialist

The role holder is responsible for extending the company's identity management tools with Group third-party HRMS and enabling Group third-party users' identity and access monitoring. The role involves managing the identity lifecycle technology for Group third-party users, ensuring compliance with NCA and the company's regulations, and enforcing the least privilege concept for the company's IT applications and Telco/Network systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the extension of the company's identity management tools with Group third-party HRMS.
• Develop risk-based authentication mechanisms based on user-defined risk scores.
• Conduct audits of third-party users' lifecycle management processes and flag access misuse with relevant stakeholders.
• Govern the implementation of identity & access management for Group third-party users to align with the CS Governance policy & standards.
• Lead the design of identity verification technology for third-party offshore users, coordinating with HR and IT processes.
• Enable customer identity and access management to provide a secure digital access experience from registration to logging.
• Maintain and operate Customer Identity & Access Management technology, ensuring it is updated with the latest patches and system upgrades.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Relevant certifications in technology Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) are preferred.
