Identity Management Specialist

The role holder is responsible for extending the company identity management tools with Group third-party HRMS and enabling Group third-party users' identity and access monitoring. The position involves managing the identity lifecycle technology for Group third-party users in accordance with NCA and the company regulations and standards, ensuring the enforcement of least privilege concepts for the company IT applications and Telco/Network systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure extending the company identity management tools with Group third-party HRMS.
• Develop risk-based authentication mechanisms based on user-defined risk scores, and conduct audits of third-party users' lifecycle management processes.
• Lead the design and governance of identity and access management within the company for Group third-party users, ensuring alignment with CS Governance policy and standards.
• Enable customer identity and access management to securely empower digital access experiences, from registration to logging and user management, in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with DIM & AC management solutions industry trends and implement upgrades or enhancements to comply with cybersecurity policies and meet business needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Prior experience in Technology Systems Security and in Systems Risk Management roles, preferably in the technology/telecommunication industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in technology Security (CISSP, CAP, SSCP, (ISC) 2, CCFP, CISM, etc.) and Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity (BCM, CBCP, DRCS, DRii, etc.).
• Relevant certification in Information Technology Service or Infrastructure Management (ITSM/ITIL) is preferred.
