KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Implements functionality as per business and technical design specification, provides correct estimation of implementation efforts.
  • Works at the component level and is responsible for building, testing, and automating on a component level.
  • Creates/reviews technical or design brief/specification documents.

Specific Accountability

  • Works across multiple Service Delivery Teams.
  • Supports with data requests, creation of new reports, and liaises with DWH Service Team.
  • Administers and maintains Identity Management Platforms including Active Directory, ADFS, etc.
  • Resolves incidents and fulfills requests related to users.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in managing Active Directory infrastructure to ensure stable operation, including maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas in and around Active Directory, Azure AD, as well as internal and external DNS.
  • Experience in ADFS federation and configuration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft M365 and its offerings.
  • Knowledge of Exchange and Exchange Online.
  • Knowledge of modern authentication methods.
  • Experience in Group Policy Management and its use to configure workstations as well as servers.
  • Experience in Azure AD Role management and Azure RBAC.
  • Experience in the configuration of Multifactor Authentication methods using Azure AD as well as other technologies.
  • Good knowledge in Windows environment both on workstations and servers.
  • Experience of maintaining compliance and governance, in line with organizational policies.
  • Incident & Change management in line with ITIL processes.
  • Related Microsoft/Azure certifications.
  • Good people skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good understanding of server hardware management.
  • Good understanding of network and storage.
  • Good understanding of VDI and WVD.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions.
