the company is currently seeking an Emirati talent for the position of IFI Commercial Management Developer in its Abu Dhabi office within the consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management Division. This role is designed for individuals aiming to advance their careers in commercial management, with particular focus on business opportunities promoted by major International Financial Institutions (IFIs). You will be involved in high-profile global projects across key sectors including energy, decarbonization, civil infrastructure, and mobility. Integration into a dedicated team for international business development is key, providing opportunities to collaborate with the company’s operational units throughout the Middle East. The position involves approximately 20% travel.

Key Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with the company’s team to monitor current investment programs in the Middle East, and understand priorities in Energy, Infrastructure, and Mobility
- Evaluate opportunities initiated by the IFIs in cooperation with Operational Technical Units
- Contribute to and coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest and proposals in response to open and restricted tenders from DFIs/Lenders/Investors
- Build a local network and interact with suitable partners, local experts, and subcontractors to form optimal teams for assignments
- Assist in the company’s promotional and commercial efforts with DFIs in the region
- Engage in promotional and commercial activities with potential partners possessing complementary competencies
- Understand DFIs' procedures for tendering and contracting, ensuring compliance with their requests
- Support internal reporting of activities performed and achievements within the team
- Facilitate internal networking by collaborating with the DFI team in Italy and other operational units involved in DFI business.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management
Qualifications
- Previous experience of over 2 years working in consultancy and with funded proposals/projects is beneficial
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Basic knowledge of the International Finance Institutions market is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Creativity, curiosity, and an open-minded approach are advantageous
