Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Generative AI applications across industries.
- Define scalable AI architectures for cloud-based and hybrid environments.
- Develop AI-driven automation solutions with tools like CoPilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Build and optimize GenAI frameworks using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
- Deploy LLMs using various inference layers.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to AI engineering teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in Generative AI development.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical skills in building RAG models, OpenAI agents, Python, FastAPI, and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-level AI solutions and strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with full-stack development for AI applications.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, with potential for overnight stays away from the base office.
