Your Role:
Responsible for validating IIoT platform, applications, and cloud services with a strong understanding of device data flow, cloud architecture, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test IoT platform features: device management, ingestion, alarms, rules, dashboards, multi-tenancy
- Validate web/mobile apps using real IoT data and workflows
- Perform end-to-end testing across device → edge → cloud → application layers
- Validate cloud components: microservices, APIs, event pipelines, storage, analytics
- Test integrations with OSS/BSS, AI/ML services, and third-party systems
- Validate authentication, RBAC, tenant isolation, and secure access flows
- Verify data pipelines: ingestion → processing → storage → visualization → alerts
- Execute regression, integration, and basic performance testing
- Analyze logs, events, and cloud monitoring tools for debugging
Your Profile:
- Minimum 10 years as IoT platform/SW test engineer
- Strong IIoT understanding (devices, telemetry, protocols, data lifecycle)
- Experience with IoT platforms (Cumulocity, Litmus, ThingWorx)
- Advanced cloud knowledge (GCP/Azure/AWS – services, logging, deployments)
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems
- API testing (Postman) and basic automation (Selenium or similar)
- Knowledge of authentication (OAuth2, SAML, RBAC)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Cloud Logging)
