Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property investments in Dubai.
- Present and showcase suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Close transactions effectively across the Dubai market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay informed about market trends and property developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in German with strong client presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's property market.
- Experience in property sales; off-plan sales experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and successfully close deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to foster client relationships.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
