Purpose of the Role
The Implementation Consultant - Accounts will be responsible for ensuring that Keyloop customers have their software configured professionally and in a timely manner according to planned timelines. The role entails organizing, installing, and configuring software rollouts, as well as providing additional software installation and configuration upon customer purchase. This position will require travel to customer sites, both locally and internationally, as needed. A customer-first approach is essential, solving business problems and ensuring clients receive maximum value from the product. Additional responsibilities include training, advising, and supporting customers as necessary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Align work with business unit objectives and Keyloop strategies, offering insights for executing business unit strategy.
  • Results Accountability: Set high performance standards and identify product problem areas while effectively balancing priorities to achieve results.
  • Financial Management: Understand Keyloop’s profitability drivers and explain the financial impacts of work.
  • People Leadership: Demonstrate flexible communication styles, inclusivity, and support professional development through knowledge sharing.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate effectively across departments and establish trust with colleagues.
  • Client Focus: Improve processes to enhance client experiences and remain aware of how roles impact customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about external factors and trends while adjusting work styles to different cultures.
  • Product Mastery: Support all customers within the Primary Product, driving utilization and revenue.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of revenue targets in line with plans.
  • Successful delivery of projects on budget and on time.
  • Maintaining rework below 4%.
  • Achieving a billable and productive utilization rate of 80%.
  • Demonstrable customer satisfaction through regular feedback.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Experience with software installation and customer system setups.
  • Ability to keep customers informed during installations and assist consultants with configuration issues.
  • Effective prioritization of work and flexibility in adapting to customer and departmental needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing courteous and professional service.
