Purpose of the Role
As an Implementation Consultant for Aftersales, you will be responsible for ensuring that Keyloop customers have their software configured in a timely and professional manner in accordance with planned timelines and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing, installing, and configuring software rollouts.
  • Providing support to consultants on configuration issues.
  • Keeping the Team Leader informed of blockers and status updates.
  • Traveling to customer sites locally or internationally as required.
  • Adopting a customer-first approach by solving business problems and ensuring customers derive value from the product.
  • Training, advising, and supporting customers as necessary.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning

    • Explain how your work aligns with Keyloop strategies and business objectives.
    • Create realistic plans to accomplish tasks and projects aligned with business goals.
  2. Results Accountability

    • Set high standards of performance and demonstrate accountability for delivering results.
  3. Financial Management

    • Understand how Keyloop drives profitability and how your work impacts financial goals.
  4. People Leadership

    • Communicate effectively across various settings, demonstrating inclusiveness.
    • Support the professional development of peers through knowledge sharing and feedback.
  5. Market Leadership

    • Provide input to enhance client experience and deliver on client commitments.
  6. Product Knowledge

    • Support all customers within your primary product across markets.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue target achievement aligned with the plan.
  • Successful delivery of projects on budget and on time.
  • Maintain rework to less than 4%.
  • Ensure commercial and operational effectiveness with 80% billable and productive utilisation.
  • Demonstrate customer satisfaction through regular feedback.

Skills/Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience in software installation and setup on customer systems.
  • Ability to keep customers informed during software installations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt effectively.
  • Professional and courteous service to customers.
