In this role, you will be responsible for the setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Working independently and closely with senior consultants for requirements gathering, application configuration, and application testing and training for software.
- Managing initial access with clients, mapping and transferring data, and creating process documentation such as functional requirements, designs, and lessons learned.
- Training client users and troubleshooting the functionality of installed systems.
- Documenting technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams and providing feedback for product and process improvements.
- Supporting clients on-site or remotely, and potentially assisting with pre-sales activities.
- Acting as a technical lead on project implementations, guiding the team, and maintaining adherence to customer service level objectives and terms of client support contracts.
- Identifying additional product/service opportunities within customer organizations and providing training to less experienced peers.
