As an Implementation Consultant at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, you will be responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for clients who have purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively to implement various software solutions according to the Smart Services Methodology (SSM) standards.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Hexagon products both onsite and virtually.
- Execute project plans by implementing technology, configuring scripts, and managing data collection and processing tasks.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and conduct training sessions for clients on Hexagon product utilization.
- Document project details, including installation reports and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot and test the functionality of installed systems, identifying technical issues to escalate as necessary.
- Complete project-related documentation, expense reports, and timesheets promptly.
- Uphold work processes, quality standards, and best practices for client installations, including cybersecurity measures.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security).
- Experience in designing, evaluating, and implementing software solutions.
- Familiarity with Operating Systems in a server environment and basic networking principles.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Travel Requirements:
- The position requires travel approximately 70% of business hours to various sites across Saudi Arabia, including Jubail, Udhailiyah, Ras Tanura, Jazan, and Yanbu.
Preferred Experience and Certifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with process control and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
- Knowledge of cloud-based virtualization (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CISSP, Microsoft MCSE).
