Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation (functional requirements, designs, lessons learned).
- Train or coordinate training sessions for client users.
- Test and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems.
- Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
- Provide feedback from client experiences to product and professional services teams.
- Conduct pre-sales activities as needed.
- Maintain adherence to customer service level objectives and support contract details.
- Interact with end users for requirements gathering, training, and technical support.
- May act as the technical lead on project implementations and provide direction to the team.
- Identify additional product/service opportunities within the customer organization.
- Prepare to visit customer plant locations daily during project execution.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM-based technology-related field (such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Technology) with relevant industry experience.
