Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an Implementation Consultant. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions and applications for clients' purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. This position requires individuals to work independently, while also collaborating closely with senior consultants on requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, and training.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and provide training.
- Test and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues for escalation.
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to enhance product and service quality.
- Support both on-site and remote project activities, including pre-sales activities, and triage support items.
- Maintain adherence to customer service level objectives and client support contract details.
- Act as the technical lead on project implementations and identify additional product/service opportunities within client organizations.
- Regular travel to customer plant locations during project execution will be required.
Education/Qualifications:
- Relevant background and qualifications in a technical field.
Additional Information:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial.
