As an Implementation Consultant - Lead, you will provide strategic expertise to empower clients in using the company's technology to meet their business goals. This role is crucial for enhancing customer happiness by ensuring a successful implementation of the company's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of high-performing implementation consultants focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of the company's platform.
  • Manage team performance against key metrics and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Define and maintain the regional implementation practice strategy.
  • Collaborate with other regional leaders within the company.
  • Assure implementation standards are met and facilitate feedback to regional services leadership.
  • Contribute to the company's sales cycle with delivery expertise.
  • Develop expert recommendations for platform design and configuration.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presenter.
  • Proven team management skills with proficiency in leadership.
  • Technical background with a passion for social media technology.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
  • Fluency in social media platforms and experience with social media management software is preferred.
  • University degree or higher.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
