In this role, you will work closely with 3-4 customers simultaneously, gathering their requirements and designing solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include system setup, configuration, integration assistance, data migration, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply requirements gathering techniques (e.g., workshops, document analysis) to determine customer needs.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through Noggin Solutions, implementing applicable customization changes.
  • Design solution approaches for system configuration to meet functional requirements.
  • Document configuration tasks for Configuration Analysts and maintain the ability to configure all system components.
  • Conduct thorough system functional testing and prepare comprehensive test plans.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and standard or tailored training sessions for customers.
  • Create user guides and training materials for customer-facing solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Noggin’s project methodology and guide project tasks.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Noggin’s products and solutions, analyzing client requirements to devise appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and post-project production issues.
  • Coach junior team members and conduct internal project reviews.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis, specifically in SAAS or software implementation.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, designing solutions for software implementations, and working within software development projects.
  • Familiarity with risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems.
