In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. You will work independently while closely collaborating with senior consultants in requirements gathering, application configuration, application testing, and training for our software.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing initial client access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and training or coordinating training for client users.
- Testing and troubleshooting the functionality of installed systems.
