Key responsibilities include:
- Working independently and closely with senior consultants to gather requirements, configure applications, perform application testing, and provide training on our software.
- Managing initial client access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and training or coordinating training for client users.
- Testing and troubleshooting functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
- Providing feedback based on client experiences for product and process improvements and identifying additional product/service opportunities within customer organizations.
- Maintaining adherence to customer service level objectives and interfacing with end users for requirements gathering, training, and technical support.
- Potential onsite visits to customer plant locations during project execution.
