Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, you will be responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions and applications tailored to the client's purchased or outsourced technology. Your role will include implementing various software solutions for Hexagon customers using the Smart Services Methodology (SSM).

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Hexagon products, both onsite and virtually.
• Execute project plans, including technology implementation, scripting, data collection, and processing.
• Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for clients on the utilization and administration of Hexagon products.
• Maintain project documentation, conduct testing, and troubleshoot installed systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and provide feedback based on client experiences for product and process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Experience in designing, implementing software solutions, and working with Operating Systems in a server environment.
• Knowledge of networking principles and experience in basic and advanced networking configurations.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL installation and configuration.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and cloud-based virtualization.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, MCSE) are advantageous.

This role entails traveling approximately 70% of your working hours, visiting multiple locations across KSA, including Jubail, Udhailiyah, Ras Tanura, Jazan, and Yanbu.
